Important Information

The concert rehearsals start in Jan 2010  at the Parish Rooms. If anyone is interested and would like to take part, please notify Alison, Una, Phil or Dani. The concert will have songs from "The Likes Of Us", "Goldilocks", "Annie", "Anything Goes", "Fame", "Half a Sixpence" and "The Sound Of Music". There will be no auditions neccessary, the organisers know what you can do so it will just be a case of putting your name down for a particular song and they can see if you are well suited. This saves a lot of time and relieves you of the pressure of auditioning!! The backing tracks and song lyrics will be available to download from the website shortly.

The "Hood The Musical" DVD's are now available from Alison for £5. Martin has done a sterling job and Alison has said she will bring a few copies to each rehearsal for members to buy.

The Comittee is looking for members to help them out "behind-the-scenes", we are looking for a Publicity Team to help with the sponsorships, programs etc and a Social Comittee to help Dani and Alison arrange planned events throughout the year such as Christmas Fair, Race Night, Summer Ball, Pre-Show/After Show Parties and fundraisers. We aren't asking you to do everything of course, any help here or there is appriciated. Also, anyone available to help Sue and Donna with the props and costumes would be greatly appriciated, as we all know, it is a massive job for one person! Anybody interested in helping out with ANYTHING, please approach a member of the comittee.
